Order Custom Laundry Loops

Instructions

  1. Please download our pre-formatted spreadsheet template:

  2. For each color of loop you plan to order, select the Loop Color in row 2. The cell below your color choice in row 3 will show you a preview of the chosen color.
  3. In row 4, select the Quantity of Clips that you would like on your loops, either Double Clips or Single Clip.
  4. In row 5, select the number of loops you would like made for each player.
  5. Row 6 is optional. You may select your sport name here if you would like the sport name displayed on the loop tag.
  6. Row 7 is optional. You may select your sport gender here if you would like the gender displayed on the loop tag. i.e. Men’s or Women’s
  7. Row 8 is optional. If you chose a sport name in row 6, you will need to select where you would like the sport name displayed. The options are: Above Logo, Below Logo, Above Name/Number
  8. Starting in row 9, please enter all of the player names or numbers using as many rows from 9 down as needed to enter them all for the loop color selected in this column.
  9. If you need more than one loop color, repeat steps 2-8 above in the next column for the next color.
  10. Once you have your spreadsheet filled out and ready, save it to your computer as a .XLSX file.
  11. Come back to this page, and using the form below, please enter your team name, upload your team logo (vector format preferred!), and upload your completed spreadsheet.
  12. Click the IMPORT button to begin your order import.
  13. All of your loops will be added to the cart along with any relevant sublimation fees.
    • Please Note: Depending upon the number of loops for your order, this process may take up to 90 seconds. Please DO NOT refresh or close the browser tab!
  14. From there, you will be able to complete the checkout process.
  15. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an emailed proof of your loops at the email address used to place your order.

  16. Once you have approved your proof, your loops will begin production. Current lead times are 2-3 weeks.
  17. Once complete, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number for your order.
